01 Who we are and how to contact us

This website is operated by Campayne Media ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your personal data, you can contact us at:

Campayne Media

Email: info@campaynemedia.co.uk

02 Personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide to us directly, and limited technical data generated automatically when you use this website. This includes:

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number.
  • Business and enquiry information, such as your company name and details about what you're getting in touch about.
  • Booking details when you arrange a discovery call, including your chosen date and time and any information you provide during that process.
  • Information you provide through the website contact form and through the Voice AI / chat demo, including messages, questions and any details you share during that interaction.
  • Limited technical data generated when you use the site and its embedded tools, such as pages visited and general interaction data needed to operate the website and the embedded booking, form and chat/voice widgets.

03 How and why we use your data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries you send us.
  • To arrange and manage discovery calls that you book with us.
  • To provide, run and improve our services.
  • To keep a reasonable record of our business communications.
  • To protect the security and proper functioning of our website.
  • To send you marketing communications, but only where the law permits us to do so.

Our lawful bases for these uses are: taking steps you request before entering into a contract with us; our legitimate interests in running, protecting and improving our business and website (balanced against your rights); compliance with our legal obligations; and, where applicable, your consent (for example, for certain marketing communications), which you can withdraw at any time.

04 Service providers

We work with third-party service providers to help us run our website and services. In particular:

  • We use GoHighLevel / LeadConnector to operate our contact form, booking calendar and Voice AI / chat widget.
  • We use Genspark to provide the platform and hosting for this website.
  • We may use other IT and communications providers to support our day-to-day operations.

We only share personal data with these providers where it is needed to run our service, to comply with the law, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.

05 International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by data protection law to ensure your personal data continues to be protected.

06 How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We review the personal data we hold on a regular basis and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

07 Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask us to erase your data in certain circumstances.
  • Ask us to restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Object to certain uses of your data, including direct marketing.
  • Request that we transfer your data to you or another organisation, where this right applies (data portability).
  • Withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@campaynemedia.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

08 Cookies and embedded tools

This site uses a small amount of necessary first-party storage to remember your cookie preference. This is active by default and is not shared with any third party.

We classify our GoHighLevel / LeadConnector contact form, booking calendar links and Voice AI / chat widget as "Functional tools". These are off by default and are only requested and loaded after you actively accept Functional tools through the cookie banner or the "Cookie preferences" control in the footer. Before you accept, none of these third-party resources are loaded and no related cookies are set by this site.

Once accepted, GoHighLevel / LeadConnector may set their own cookies or similar technologies as part of providing the form, calendar and widget functionality. You can withdraw this consent at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer, which will stop further loading of these tools on this site. Please note that we cannot delete cookies that a third-party service may have already set in your browser before you changed your preference — you can remove those through your browser's own settings.

You can also control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we make changes. Please check back periodically to stay informed.
